High Speed Cutting, Stripping & Twisting machine ‘RAE-Ser-1’ + T
- Machine for twisting of PVC insulated copper wires (0.3 sq. mm to 1.5 Sq. mm)
- Can twist on single or both sides.
- Twist length upto 9 mm
- Performance is dependent on the tightness of PVC insulation on copper.
- Upto 2 wires can be processed simultaneously.
- Processing speed between 3000 to 4500 wires per hour (with two wires processed simultaneously. Speed between 1500 to 2300 with one wire
- Machine can be used for only cutting & Stripping only for normal round wires. (PVC insulated copper wires of upto 6 sq. mm)

High Speed Cutting, Stripping & Slitting machine ‘RAE-Ser-1’ + S
- Machine suitable for Slitting & Stripping of Flat Ribbon Cables (PVC insulated Copper Wires)
- Slitting upto 50 mm from both sides
- Stripping upto 8 mm on both sides
- Machine uses applicator which is specially assembled to suit your specific flat cable
- A separate applicator may be required for every different type of cable
- Processing speed between 1000 to 1600 cables per hour
- Slitting performance is greatly affected by Quality of wire (PVC Quality, Consistency of wire Dia)
- 2 applicators are supplied free with the machine
- Compressed air supply is MUST to operate this machine.
- Machine can be used for only cutting & Stripping for normal round wires. (PVC insulated copper wires of upto 6 sq. mm)
